Server must be configured to share the directory where the socialtfs app is running, usually
Server must have a SSH server on.
Download Putty http://www.putty.org/
- Set hostname and port
- Give the session a name and click on Save
- Destination--> 127.0.0.1:port
- source port: port
- click "add"
Repeat the second procedure for each port you need (for example SQLServer port 1433 is needed for the connection to the database).
Visual Studio settings:
- Right-click on "ProxyServer" Project
- Click "Publish"
- Select from method "File system"
- Set the Path
The Path must point to the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\socialtfs on the server where the application is running.
To do this, you can use Samba protocol.
Visual Studio must be configured with the SERVER's database (SQLServer).
Connection string of the file webconfig must start with <add connectionString="Data Source=127.0.0.1;....
